Continued Prayer for Lisa Leatherwood Today we received the results from the scan which was done last week to see how the cancer had responded to the treatments that Lisa has been receiving. The doctor explained that the treatments have not been effective in controlling the cancer and that they will be trying a different treatment beginning this Friday. The intestine and the bone looked the same as they had before (hadnīt gotten better nor worse). The liver is where they see that the cancer is active as it has grown and extended into two new areas. Please pray for Lisa and this new series of treatments. The news was a shock as pain levels have decreased so we expected more positive news. Once again, we have been reminded that this is not a surprise for our God of details. Thank you for your prayer support. With our love, Dan for the family |
