Board of Directors From its inception Dick and Carolyn Manion have been part of the TBM family, with Dick serving as Executive Director, heading up our Field Expansion project. Having himself ministered in church-planting for more than 15 years, Dick has an on-hands understanding of the challenges and needs that accompany planting a Bible teaching church in environments not normally cordial to the Gospel.
